What to Expect
You Belong Here
Church isn’t a place you go, it’s a community of people to whom you belong. Whether you’re brand new to the Christian faith, or simply looking for a deeper connection into community, all are welcome to join us in the mission of helping people find their way back to God.
For The Kids
You can check in all ages as soon as you enter the facility. We’ll have a time during the gathering when we send all children, from birth through 5th grade, to their appropriate classrooms.
Sunday Mornings
We gather each Sunday, 10am, to explore what it means to follow Jesus in every facet of our lives. We’ll open our hearts and lift our voices through song, and we’ll dig deep into the context of the Bible. Our desire is to create space for people to find their way back to God, which we believe is best done in community. Sunday gatherings take place at Indian Trails Camp in the Kate Pew Wolters Center, O-1859 Lake Michigan Dr. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534

Make connecting seamless and meaningful.
If you’ll be checking in kids
Kids ministry staff will greet you upon entering the facility and guide you through the simple and safe check-in process.
If your little ones aren’t quite ready for kids’ programming, families with kids are always welcome to remain with parents for our gathering; wiggles, giggles, and all! We’ll provide worksheets and fidget items for anyone who needs to keep their minds and hands busy.
Not checking in kids?
Stop by our Connecting Point table, where our friendly welcome home team will be thrilled to meet you. They will answer any questions, offer you a complimentary coffee mug, and guide you to the café bar where free drinks and snacks are provided.
Current Series
From This… to That
From This … To That is a four-week journey through the Bible’s story of water, discovering how every major moment points to Jesus and the life-changing meaning of baptism. Together, we’ll explore how God brings order from chaos, hope from failure, purpose through surrender, and life out of death.
Whether you’ve been following Jesus for years or are just beginning to explore faith, this series will reveal how baptism is more than a one-time event—it’s an invitation into a transformed life with Christ. Join us as we discover that when we pass through the water, our experience of God changes forever.

Kids
Birth-5th Grade
Sunday during worship
We love how kids are curious, full of wonder, and ready to grow. So we want to partner with you as they take their first steps of faith. In Harbor Kids we create a safe place where kids learn and explore the Love of God, build friendships, and walk in the ways of Jesus in everyday life.
Students
6th–8th Grade
During the school year we offer once-a-month events for middle schoolers in grades 6th-8th. These events are designed for middle school students to find community, encounter God’s love, and connect with volunteer adults and high school students who desire to journey with them in exploring what it means to follow Jesus.
New Wine Wednesday
All are Welcome
Three times a year, for three to six Wednesdays in a row, we gather at Wildroast Coffee Co. in Grandville (4035 Chicago Dr SW, Grandville, 49418) from 6:30pm-8:30pm to eat fantastic food, share some tasty drinks, and engage in conversation around that which matters most. On these nights we create space for people to ask questions and connect at the intersection of faith and everyday life. We have one summer session where we gather outdoors with food, drinks, and brilliant conversation. All are welcome. Scheduled gatherings will be posted throughout the year.
Love Walker Initiative
The Christian faith is an embodied way of being in the world, extending beyond beliefs and finding tangible expression in how we live our lives… together. As a community, we want to actively practice loving our neighbors. So we regularly offer Love Walker Action days, which are practical projects and activities that tangibly express good news to the wider Walker community. Each summer, we hold Love Walker Action Week, which consists of four days tackling service projects provided by local businesses, schools, and non-profits. It is easily a community favorite!
Adults
18+
There is a Men’s group that gathers each Wednesday, 6:30am-8:00am, at Panera Bread (4400 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Walker). A Women’s group meets during the school year on the first and third Tuesday, 7pm-8:30pm at Panera Bread (4400 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Walker).
